If you wish to make a detour and not follow the four main routes "From the Devil’s Moor to the Wadden Sea", the "Elbe Cycle Route", the "North Sea Cycle Route" and "Lower Saxony’s Milky Way", which are all defined by their logos, you can do this by following the guided cycle route signs.

There are eight other signposted round trips within the District of Stade which, with a length of between 37 and 61 kilometres, round off the cycle route offers available for locals and holidaymakers alike who want to discover the countryside on their own.
