Experience the world's longest passenger ship at first hand! The visits of the "Ocean Queen" in the last few years drew spectators on both sides of the Elbe like a magnet.

About 1.000 "sailors" availed themselves of the offer made by STADE Tourismus-GmbH to get close to the luxury liner each year. The passengers described their impressions of the ship as “gigantic” when they were able to accompany her in the morning entering Hamburg harbour and finally said good-bye when she left the harbour in the evening.

Similar trips can be booked in 2009. The Queen Mary 2 will probably be sailing up the Elbe to Hamburg on 7th August and 15th August 2009.
