The main task of city management and city marketing is publicity for the town centre. The city management must help optimise communication between the different groups, both public and private. The aim is to continually improve available offers and the profile of the town centre. Via the means of “city management” the inner city is to be presented as an attractive and unified location.
For City Management Stade (CMS) an organisation model has been adopted which can combine the strengths and resources of a cooperative body or group of partners, for example, the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Aktuelles Stade e.V., the STADE Tourismus-GmbH and the town of Stade. In order to achieve their aims all three parties work together as partners in close cooperation.
The main goal of City Management Stade is to make the town more attractive for its citizens, for visitors, tourists and companies. The latter in order to strengthen the economic and financial side of life in Stade.
